Rubber & Silicone molding is a manufacturing process whereby an amount of uncured rubber or silicone is transformed into a usable product.  

There are 3 types of Rubber & Silicone molding process:

-Rubber compression molding 

Постављање унапред одређене количине мешавине гуме директно у шупљину калупа, а затим сабијање у облик шупљине затварањем две стране калупа.

-Калупљење убризгавањем гуме

У овом процесу калупа од гуме и силикона, неочврсли мешавина гуме се загрева до течног стања пре него што се убризга у калуп. Производ се отвара отварањем калупа и поновним затварањем да би се добила следећа ињекција.

-Rubber transfer molding

During this Rubber & Silicone molding process the uncured rubber or silicon compound is placed in a part of the mold called a “pot” before being forced through an aperture into a cavity in the shape of the desired product. When cured, the mold is split releasing the final product.

This is a more expensive hydrogenated variation of Nitrile polymer, which increases its resistance to heat, petroleum products, and ozone almost fivefold.

-Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM)

Commonly used in rubber molded products for steam systems, vehicles panel seals, and braking systems due to its high resistance to brake fluid

-Silicone

Отпоран на излагање високим и ниским температурама, врло је флексибилан и има добру отпорност на временске услове.

-Флуоросилицоне

Комбинује предности силикона у температурном опсегу са отпорношћу на уље, гориво и раствараче који се налазе у флуороугљеницима.

-Neoprene

Као јак вишенаменски материјал, може се користити у великом броју решења за обликовање гуме. Има добра отпорна на пожар и својства хабања и често се користи у производњи опреме за јавни превоз и транспорт

-Natural Rubber

Природни производ произведен од латекса добијеног из стабла гуме

-SBR (Styrene butadiene)

One of the more cost-effective polymers that can be used in rubber molding and is frequently used in the production of tires, diaphragms, seals and gaskets and the mass production of other rubber parts

-Fluorocarbon

Ово релативно скупо једињење гуме комбинује широк спектар хемијске отпорности и својстава високих температура.

-Бутил

Has a high resistance to gas permeability. This makes it the ideal solution in the production of seals for high-pressure gas and vacuum systems

-Уретхане

A fairly high priced, but commonly used material in applications subject to high pressure and constant shock loads

For tooling, the general payment term is 50%-50%, meant 50% deposit, 50% after first sample free. For mass production, we offer flexible payment terms, reasonable credit terms will be given, the client only pays when they are happy with the product they received. For long-term projects, we offer call-off inventory services for fast delivery requirements.
