The products are assembling group made by stamping, followed by surface treatment and assembling. Except very high tolerance requirements, the zinc-plating must undergo and pass 168 hours salt spray test without red rust. The product uses very special rivet that directly provided by the client. Some parts have spring mechanism for meeting special functional requirements. Reliability and durability are the most important requirements for this series of products, 100% product quality inspection conducted before packaging. In last 8 years, Auwell has received ZERO complaints from the clients.

-Cutting Process
